Overview

Streamline and simplify the process of setting up virtual interviews with the Zoom integration to Greenhouse. Instead of toggling between Zoom, Greenhouse and calendars to set up a Zoom meeting, this integration allows the workflow to occur entirely in the Greenhouse app, allowing you to seamlessly set up virtual interviews. Now, the Zoom meeting link and dial-in details are auto-filled to the “Location” field of the calendar invite as well as the interview description.

By enabling this integration, the process of setting up Zoom interviews in Greenhouse is much faster and easier.

The Zoom integration for Greenhouse can be enabled for the whole organization by a Zoom account admin from the Integrations page.
