E-Staff integration with Zoom allows scheduling online meetings (commonly interviews) with a single click. The link to start a meeting may be shared automatically to an applicant, along with additional information required to prepare for a meeting (vacancy description, company information and so on).


Additionally E-Staff gives users the ability to

  • Manage organizational structure (divisions, positions, employees) for HR departments:
  • The ability to load organizational structure from a corporate HR system.

Information people provide when registering for a Zoom meeting, webinar or recording, which may include name and contact information, responses to registration questions, and other registration information.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.
