Overview

When a user dials 911, imagine being able to takeover digital signage throughout your facilities to direct safety responders to the caller’s precise location, or to alert your user population of a safety issue and how to evacuate.

Enable your internal safety response teams to receive detailed emergency call alerts from Zoom Phone users and endpoints. Alerts contain vital information including caller name, caller extension/phone number, time, and detected location/emergency address. Not only does this capability support Kari’s Law requirements to alert designated personnel in the event of emergency calls, but it also enables safety team members to compose and post emergency messages to selected Zoom Rooms and digital signage.

This app is intended for use in combination with Zoom Phone’s Internal Safety Team Call Queue, which enables safety team members to monitor and participate in emergency calls. The combination provides a powerful tool for enhancing emergency awareness and response.
