ANALEC ClientManager is a CRM platform that caters specifically to the stock broking and investment banking industries. It seamlessly integrates investment research, sales, trading, and sales-trading divisions at the front end of the client servicing business to deliver a superior client service experience. ClientManager as a CRM platform has pushed the boundaries when it comes to comparisons with traditional CRM-type solutions by providing third party integration for automatically capturing client interaction data.

We already have telephony integration (Click to Dial Solution) for initiating outgoing and recording incoming conversation details with client and corporates. We also integrate with outlook scheduling and maintaining meeting records.

With Zoom  integration we seek to provide  similar seamless experience for scheduling and maintaining virtual meeting records. Users can save their personal Zoom accounts as part of the ‘Personal settings’ in ClientManager Applications, and use it to automatic book zoom Meetings for Required Time slot and Requested participants. Zoom Meeting Information (Meeting URL & Dial in Numbers ) will be part of the Meeting invite going out to requested participants.
