The Paradox Olivia - Account Level App will allow your organization to install the Paradox integration without having your users individually install the application. This allows for easy change management and will allow Paradox to create a Zoom meeting link that will automatically be added to all calendar invites for candidates and interviewers when any virtual interview is scheduled.

  • Once the Paradox Zoom Integration App is installed by your Zoom account, automating the creation of Zoom meeting details for your Virtual Interviews with candidates is easy.


  • Any Virtual Interview or Virtual Meeting that is scheduled from the Paradox CEM will include automatically include a Zoom Meeting url attached to the calendar invite sent to both the candidate and the interviewer(s). 



  • If enabled, candidates can also receive a Zoom join url via SMS.


  • NOTE: Only Virtual Interview and Virtual Meeting types will autogenerate Zoom details. All other interview/meetings types will exclude Zoom details.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.

Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
