How to use Verix to Create and Send a Certificate:
1. Open your Zoom app, select Apps in the 3-dot menu, and click Add Apps
2. Search for Verix and click the 'Get' button
3. Log in to Verix for Zoom
4. Choose a design template
4. Verify the pre-filled information (event name, title, etc.) and edit if desired
5. Use the Verix design editor to customize your template (e.g. layout, colors, fonts)
6. Specify the minimum percentage of time a participant must be present in the meeting to earn the credential (e.g. if set to 80%, attendees must be present for at least 80% of the meeting's duration to qualify)
IMPORTANT: Be sure to ask your attendees to verify that their whole name is correctly indicated in their Zoom profile settings, as this is the name that will appear on the credential
7. Click 'Send ' to issue and email the certificates
8. After the meeting has ended, designated participants will automatically receive their certificates at the email address they used to attend the meeting
