Voicenotes
Voicenotes is designed to help Zoom users capture, organize, and make the most of their voice notes anytime, anywhere. Created by Jijo and Aleesha, founders of Buy Me a Coffee, Voicenotes aims to enhance productivity by providing a simple yet powerful way to save and revisit ideas, reminders, and meeting insights on the go.
Voicenotes enables individuals and teams to effortlessly record and manage voice notes, making it ideal for capturing thoughts, brainstorming sessions, or important details discussed during meetings. Our app supports multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, desktop, and smartwatches, allowing seamless access across devices.
With the Voicenotes Zoom integration, meeting participants can capture important audio snippets or summaries directly during or after a Zoom meeting. The integration allows you to record audio notes from Zoom meetings, easily capturing voice notes during live Zoom calls to document important discussions quickly. It also summarizes key points automatically, leveraging AI to generate concise summaries of meeting conversations, making follow-ups and sharing easier. You can organize notes for easy access by linking meeting notes with other saved content in the app for better context and organization. Additionally, Voicenotes can translate voice notes into text, transcribing meeting recordings in various languages, including unsupported ones like Malayalam, for more accurate documentation.
Key features include voice recording anywhere, allowing you to record clear audio notes even in noisy settings. The app offers cross-platform accessibility, making Voicenotes usable on any device, including mobile, desktop, and smartwatches. It includes AI-powered note organization, where the AI helps you connect and rediscover relevant notes as you build your library. Offline recording is supported, so you can capture thoughts without an internet connection and sync them later when online.
