Overview

Integrate your Zoom account with Presence and automatically track attendance. Our platform connects directly with your student information system (SIS) so you can pull demographic reports to assess student trends and behaviors.

  • Create an event in Presence and add your meeting link
  • The location for the event will become clickable to join the zoom meeting until the event is over
  • Once the zoom meeting ends, Presence will automatically pull in attendees into Presence
  • Presence will then sync this data with your student demographics for assessment and behavior trends

The Zoom integration for Presence must be installed by a Zoom account admin to the entire organization, and can be done in just a couple steps. The Zoom admin, must also be a registered user in Presence (we suggest Campus View or Admin).
