Zola
Zola provides couples with the ability to “host” their virtual wedding-related events on their Zola wedding website for easy guest access. This app also provides couples with education on how to host a virtual wedding, how to set up their Zoom account settings correctly for their event size, and how to manage their Zoom meeting on the day-of so everything goes smoothly. Here are some educational resources, in addition to education that exists in the UX:
Zola makes use of Zoom’s OAuth API and allows users to: connect their Zoom accounts, create meetings, update meetings, share their meeting information, and disconnect their Zoom accounts. We are also making use of the Zoom SDK to embed Zoom meetings on our users’ wedding websites so guests may access the Zoom events more easily.
Our users will create and edit their “virtual events” which are powered by Zoom meetings in their normal-course wedding website editing experience. Users will have the capability to create multiple “virtual events” to embed on their wedding website.
There will be no charge for the user associated with the use of Zola. Zola’s customer support team has been educated on the user experience of the app and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries.
