OCANsは、大学が主催するオープンキャンパスを始め、大学説明会や進学相談会など学生募集に携わるイベントの開催・運営のサポートを目的とし、サーバーやネットワーク環境を含めてご提供するASPシステムです。 現在、全国200校以上の大学・大学校で利用されています。

来場型とWeb型を問わず、オープンキャンパス・相談会の参加申込、運営管理から、参加者へのアフターフォローまで、イベント運営をトータルでサポートします。

Web型開催のイベント、プログラムにおいて、OCANsからZoomミーティングのURLをZoom ミーティングの URL を直接作成し、参加者へ案内できます。

OCANs is an ASP system that provides a server and network environment for the purpose of supporting the holding and operation of events related to student recruitment, such as open campuses hosted by universities, university briefings, and counseling sessions. More than 200 universities and colleges in Japan are currently using it.

Regardless of visitor type or web type, we provide total support for event management, from application for participation in open campuses and consultation sessions, operation management, to follow-up for participants.

In web-based events and programs, you can create a Zoom meeting URL directly from OCANs and send it to participants.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
