ClinikPro
ClinikPro is a Client relations management system for Speech Therapy Clinics. Our application enables the integration of appointments creation, reminder settings, links to meeting access, and account details. Once the appointment is created directly from the calendar in ClinikPro, the settings for online meetings are automatically created and sent to the client for access via email or SMS reminder. This prevents the therapist from having to perform the repetitive task of creating the appointment in one platform and copying the online access details in the appointment from the ClinikPro calendar. If an appointment is canceled in the ClinikPro Calendar by the therapist or the client, the one-click option in ClinikPro automatically deletes the appointment in both platforms. Any changes made to an existing appointment will automatically be reflected and transparent to the client. All events created or modified will automatically adjust reminders to the pre-scheduled by the system admin.
Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.
Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.
Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.
