The implementation of Zoom IM in PitBullTax Software is summarized in two actions: Schedule Zoom Meetings and Start Zoom Meetings. When the User schedules a Zoom Meeting it is saved in the user's Zoom calendar and PitBullTax's Calendar. The User can choose to record a meeting when they are scheduling it, The Meeting Invitation is sent through the software in an email that follows the same default format proposed by Zoom IM. Instant Zoom Meetings can be started from the software and the user chooses the contacts that will attend the meeting. The main objective of this implementation is to allow PitBullTax Software users to communicate with their contacts using Zoom IM.
