The Zoom integration on the Bildhive platform allows the sales rep to use the integration to generate the meetings on behalf of their account from the platform.
The CRM on the Bildhive platform has the appointments functionality where there is a virtual meeting type. So when a sales rep has authenticated his/her Zoom account and they create an appointment with a lead as virtual meeting the Zoom integration will be used to create the meeting links and will also share the meeting invite to the lead.
This integration automates the process of creating conferencing between sales rep and the lead.
