  1. Direct Scheduling & Metadata Sync
    Aviso allows users to schedule Zoom meetings directly from its platform with ease. Once connected, you can create and manage meetings without leaving Aviso. To ensure accuracy, meeting metadata is automatically fetched and updated in the background.
  2. Automated Recording & Transcription
    Aviso automates the retrieval and transcription of Zoom recordings, downloading and processing them as soon as meetings conclude. This eliminates the need for manual steps and ensures that all meeting data is securely stored in Aviso for easy access and review. With conversational Intelligence (CI) capabilities, Aviso enhances by making them searchable, highlighting key discussion points, and tracking follow-up actions.
  3. Powerful Notetaker Integration
    Aviso’s Notetaker acts as a virtual participant that joins Zoom meetings. This bot records, transcribes, and takes notes during the meeting. For meetings scheduled via Google Calendar or the Aviso Meeting Addon, the Notetaker uses a consent-based approach. Notetaker ensures compliance by using secure meeting links that allow participants to grant or deny recording consent. If consent is denied, the Notetaker exits the meeting, and no data is saved, ensuring compliance and trust.
  4. Real-time Transcription (Zoom SDK)
    Aviso provides real-time transcription and insights during meetings using the Zoom SDK. As the meeting progresses, participants can view live transcripts and key highlights, helping them stay engaged and focused. Even if Zoom’s recording feature is not enabled, Aviso’s Notetaker captures and transcribes the meeting, preserving critical details without additional effort.
