TIMIFY
TIMIFY is an online scheduling and resource management software for small, medium and large businesses. The cloud based software as a service (SaaS) is comprised of an intelligent yet easy to use booking system, with a wide range of customisable features.
TIMIFY bridges the gap between offline and online: it’s available to businesses and their staff 24/7, regardless of time zones and physical business hour restrictions. Services are end-to-end online bookable, in real time. Integrating the software to a business’ existing IT infrastructure, synchronisation with existing calendars, and access to cross platform mobile and tablet access are all possible. Further more, TIMIFY offers tools to manage customers, employees, and resources, effortlessly and transparently. The benefits for the business owner: a cost efficient workflow, optimised time management, and a way of communicating that fosters customer loyalty.
TIMIFY offers a basic, free of charge version; Premium and Enterprise versions with significantly expanded functionality and customisations are also available.
This application allows TIMIFY users to authenticate with their Zoom account and authorize the creation of new meetings when a selected service or group event is booked via the TIMIFY booking widget or a staff member creates it manually via the TIMIFY calendar.
