Recording Archive Files Completed
The Recording Archive Files Completed event is triggered every time the archived files of a meeting or webinar become available to download.
Zoom’s meeting and webinar archiving solution allows account administrators to set up an automated mechanism to collect and archive meeting data to a 3rd party platform of their choice. This helps to satisfy FINRA and/or other compliance requirements.
The archiving process begins once a meeting or webinar, hosted by an account that has enabled the archiving feature, begins. The archiving of the meeting data completes after a meeting or webinar ends.
This feature is only enabled upon request approval. Contact the Zoom support team for more information.
- The Archiving feature must be enabled on the user’s account.
- Event Subscriptions must be enabled in your Marketplace app with the following configurations:
- A valid Event notification endpoint URL.
- The Recording Archive Files Completed subscription enabled under the Recording event.
