User Signed In
Users that are registered with Zoom can sign in and sign out of their Zoom accounts at any time using their email and password via Zoom Web Portal as well as any of the Zoom Client apps. For users that have SSO enabled, they can also log in with their SSO. The exceptions to this are deactivated users, and users created using the
custCreate option via the Create Users API. These users do not have the ability to sign in with Zoom.
The User Signed In event is triggered every time one of your app users or account users signs in to Zoom. To receive notifications for this event, you must meet the following prerequisites.
- Event Subscriptions must be enabled for your Marketplace app with the following configurations:
- A valid Event Notification Endpoint URL
- “User has signed in” subscription must be enabled under the User Activity event.
