Get started with the Video SDK for Web in a few simple steps.

On this page

Get video SDK credentials

  1. To get Video SDK credentials, navigate to the Build App page on the Zoom App Marketplace, and choose the Video SDK app type.
  2. Under App Credentials, you will find your Video SDK Key and Secret. We will use these credentials in the next section to generate a Video SDK JWT to authorize the Video SDK.
  3. Now you can add the Video SDK for Web to your project. You can add the Video SDK for Web to your project by installing it via NPM or from the Zoom Video SDK CDN.

Install from NPM

To install the Video SDK for Web via NPM, in your project, run the following command in terminal:

import ZoomVideo from '@zoom/videosdk'

const client = ZoomVideo.createClient()
